Standardised dimensions, different motor variants, impellers and sliding directional seals make the Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NHT a universally applicable standardised pump for transporting hot fluids. Its heat and pressure-resistant design offers high reliability for transporting water with temperatures ranging from -20 to above 200 °C, as well as oil with temperatures from 0 – 350 °C. The pump, which has been specially developed for continuous operation, is characterised by low life cycle costs, as its self-cooling technology means that there is no need for an additional cooling system and its roller bearings are maintenance-free. With an MEI > 0.4 and the use of IE3/IE4 motors, it has a high overall efficiency. Energy consumption can be further reduced by means of speed control using an optionally available Wilo-EFC.
